Maaya Thila, North Ari Atoll, Maritime Zone, Maldives

This dive site, located in the Maritime Zone, used to be among the top 10 best in the world. Thanks to its high ranking, many divers frequented this site, especially at night. While the damage on the top of this Thila (caused by diver error) is significant, it is acceptable from 12m deep. During nighttime dives, divers can observe many giant trevally and some white tips hunting in the area.
