Le Throstle, Maritime Zone, France

The small British freighter, measuring 90 meters in length, sank in 1919 after striking a rock on the Helle plateau in the Maritime Zone. Its two boilers stand vertically and are fully exposed, situated next to rocky peaks. The deck lies flattened on a white sandy seabed at a depth of 17-22 meters.
