In the Maritime Zone, the wreck of an American steamer that struck a rock on the Plateau des Plâtresses lies on its starboard side. One of its two boilers is located 10 meters away from the main wreck. The propeller is partially buried in silt. The depth ranges from 24 to 32 meters.
