The Eildon, a British cargo ship, sank on May 4, 1915, in the Maritime Zone north-east of the Isle of Molène in the Mer d'Iroise. The vessel struck a rock during one of the foggy periods typical of this area. It was transporting railway rails, now neatly resting on a white sandy seabed at a depth of 28 to 32 meters.
