Located near Forster and Tuncurry, Latitude Rock is an isolated reef teeming with marine life, making it a macro photographer's paradise and a frequent home to Grey Nurse Sharks. This reef features an 8-meter tall sloped rock that runs east-west on an otherwise sandy seabed. From any anchor point, divers can explore the reef along either the northern or southern side. The northern side descends as a wall from the ridge, leading to several gutters, overhangs, cracks, and scattered rocks. These gutters provide shelter to grey nurse sharks, port jackson sharks, and wobbegongs.
